Ive been seeing Paul for a couple of years and cant recommend him highly enough. Ive spent many years training in the gym, focusing more specifically on competitive powerlifting in recent years, which has resulted in niggles and a back injury. Paul is fantastic at diagnosing the underlying issues causing pain and has many ways of treating those injuries in a way that suits the patient. He is incredibly knowledgeable about how the body and nervous system works and has taught me so much! I had a back injury due to an SI joint issue in June 2019 that left me on crutches for 3 weeks, and Paul not only treated me but also gave me rehab exercises that addressed my weaknesses. Following Pauls advice I am back to my previous strengths levels and the issue has not reoccurred. I now see Paul for minor niggles that occur from hard training (coupled with a desk job!) and general maintenance to keep me performing optimally. Always guaranteed to feel better after a session and usually learn something new at the same time.

I had my first session with Paul a couple of weeks ago and couldn't be happier. I've had problems with my elbow for months and feel so relieved after just one session. He's so knowledgeable and ensured that I was comfortable throughout the whole experience. I would (and have) highly recommend him to anyone seeking treatment.

Ive done a lot of powerlifting and strong man training over the past couple of years and whenever something breaks, Paul is always able to diagnose the issue and put it right/ tell me what I did to cause it in the first place. Not only is he excellent in the appointments with the manual therapy and acupuncture to clear out whatever is causing the pain, he also helps address what the root cause is through showing stretches/ exercises to help address any imbalances, technique issues with my lifting. If you engage in any form of sport/ lifting then hes the guy to see when youre body starts to feel a beat up.

I was referred to Paul in February 2019, for a chronic shoulder problem, where I had a slap tear repaired via surgery a number of years earlier. I experienced many problems with the surrounding muscles ever since the surgery with continued pain, tightness and discomfort affecting my training and just general chores we all take for granted each day. By the time I went to Paul I had seen many Physios, sports massage therapists, acupuncturists, chiropractors you name it! With no real change. Since seeing Paul he has certainly improved my mobility eased muscle discomfort and improved the working mechanics surrounding the area, one thing that has always kept me returning to Paul, he is always looking for a solution to the problem not just easing the symptoms! I would highly recommend Paul to anyone. I have managed to train all parts of my body this week for the first time in a long time without to much pain or discomfort afterwards! I just wanted to say thanks for all you have done! I am very grateful for what we have achieved in improving my shoulder.
