        Never open when they say they will be multiple times I have been there to post or collect items and they are closed when should be open

        Lazy, tried sending an item which they thought was restricted, it's not and I have checked the restricted items list to confirm but rather than them checking this themselves they just pointed to the card and said "restricted, not going to send". Couldn't be bothered to check the royal mail or parcelforce detailed list themselves.
