Very helpful polite but the only question I have is why is there no hand gel in the shop because you need to open the door where other are touching

Rude staff and a pharmacist that just says can't help! If u can't help patients out then your in the wrong job... No wonder the NHS is failing with people like that around... Watch out for the young lady with long dark hair,you can hear her sniggering and gossiping about other patients. Response: how come a customer at chappells pharmacy in the High Street who i know said to me that the members of staff were negitively describing someone with one member describing the person looks in a non professional manner?? I wonder if you can answer that or just use customer complaints as false information. I have passed all information onto the phso with myself having anxiety problems you have contributed to increasing these anxiety issues. That to me doesn't show relevant care from a medical professional as you state
