St Deny's Pharmacy

Something as simple as picking up a repeat prescription seems to overwhelm them. On a few occassions they've said they can't find my repeat prescription, then 5 minutes later magically find it. Is putting repeat prescriptions on shelves in alphabetical order too taxing for them? Also they sometimes have trouble finding my online repeat prescriptions on the computer. A few times I've gone to collect a repeat script and have been told to go to the surgery to ask them to resend it. I go to the surgery and they say the script has definitely been sent. I go back to the pharmacy and then they magically find my prescription on the computer. They're utterly clueless and incompetent. Also they've not had soluble cocodamol for months and they don't have certain items that you'd expect to find in any pharmacy. At best I find the staff off-hand, at worst outright rude.

Was ordered to move my vehicle by staff member from a public parking spot for the doctors surgery when I questioned why i was even there, which was an extremely personal thing to ask someone who is in a doctors carpark. so i informed this lady I was having bloods taken, she rolled her eyes at me and said 'so what am I supposed to do park down the road' in a very rude tone. this is not my first encounter with this lady who works in the pharmacy as I have been spoken down to by her numerous times. when picking up prescriptions. I have now put morrisons pharmacy as my designated pharmacy and nothing is to much trouble, they don't make me feel like an inconvenience by being ill and having medication that is more challenging to obtain . sure this pharmacy won't miss me. to all the other staff in this pharmacy thank you as everyone else in this pharmacy seem very nice and polite and professional. To the lady in the orange range rover I hope you can learn from this and In future try to be a little more polite.
