They are so helpful and efficient. You can see how busy and under pressure they are and some customers are very inpatient with them which is very unfair. They are an amazing team !

Friendly, professional and efficient team all round. The best pharmacy I've ever had to go too & I now go there alot and the treatment and staff are always good

Never had any issues with the pharmacy, the staff are always willing to help if they can. Far quicker and more efficient than another certain pharmacy just up the road!!

My Carer & I found Carol ( DISPENSER ) Crowborough Pharmacy very rude at the telephone abrupt and didnt like explaining about Cyclizine and Flutiform on Batch order for 6 months yet all other medications arent, albeit I ordered Cyclizine & Flutiform every month via Patient Access and confirmation is Doctor authorised my repeat and sends electronically to Morrisons Pharmacy, yet different carer collected at Tea Time and found Cyclizine not in bag hence why had to telephone pharmacy this morning and then carer checked bag & found Flutiform not in bag either. Carer heard this Carol discussing with Colleague well she didnt request Flutiform only Cyclizine my carer advised no because after ending telephone call decided to check bag in case other medication missing in which such was Flutiform of which on repeat order as confirmed by GP. My carer took said confirmation printed out from Patient Access but didnt bother showing as this Carol ( DISPENSER ) very rude. Other staff at said pharmacy appear polite and helpful.
