We bought a property in Crowborough and Banfield were the seller's agents. From start to finish they were absolutely brilliant - More helpful than our own conveyancers for our sale, and all the staff were wonderful to deal with. Georgina in particular should be singled out, as she went over and above what we would have ever expected, giving great advice with our sale and ultimately helping everything go through - There were times when we thought it wouldn't happen at all, but all because of problems on our side! When it comes to eventually selling our property we will definitely be picking up the phone to Banfield!

All staff at Banfields were friendly, professional, efficient and pro-active. It felt like they were working for and being paid by us but we were buyers ! Special thanks to Paige and Georgie who were excellent throughout. We absolutely dont want to be moving again but if we had to at some point, we would not hesitate to use Banfields.
