Tecwork installed a new internet phone system for us. Six months on and we're pleased with it after they helped us understand the complexities of modern telephony. We contacted tecwork to assess our IT and telecoms spend as its always been a big monthly cost. Wish we had done it sooner! tecwork quickly identified considerable savings; migrating us to office 365 swiftly without interruption to our work and moving our telephony to the cloud. This enabled the whole team to work more flexibly, never miss an email or call and saving a lot of money in the process. Excellent aftersales service too. These guys did an email migration for me. Thoroughly knowledgeable and effective guys. One home visit and some remote access to finalise issues and we were all done. Pricing was fair too - so I recommend them and would certainly use them again
