        Very good service from KMJ Property in Rusthall. Despite my house purchase being at the end of June, an exceptionally busy time due to the imminent ending of the stamp duty holiday, Suzanne, David and the team provided a very considerate, efficient and professional service throughout the process. The moving in parcel was a very nice gesture and was much appreciated. I would have no reservations in recommending them to anyone looking at moving house.

        Very grateful for KMJ's support selling a property in difficult circumstances. I found them to be knowledgeable about both the market and the process, helpful with advice at preparing a property for sale (e.g. what not to spend money on) and responsive to queries even outside normal office hours. I would certainly recommend KMJ over the usual high street names - you feel like you're getting a personal service rather than being just one of many clients.
