We are delighted with the service provided by Nigel and his team. From the outset, we were treated respectfully and at all times professionally. We were able to choose carpets and hallway vinyl from their excellent selection. They worked with us to find suitable times in a busy schedule and were both tidy in their work and dedicated to giving us the best end result. It has transformed our tired lounge and messy hallway. Thirlwell Carpets have occupied the village green area of Crowborough since God was a boy and it's heartening to see a local trader such as this surviving and thriving, when the High street and local traders are under such pressure from the internet and the big chains. The answer, I think, is in the extra dimension woven (no pun intended) into what extra you get and that is: a great, LOCAL service where the results really matter, a huge wealth of traditional knowlege, a great choice and especially, a really FIRST CLASS fitting; I was delighted with the results. When the bathroom floor finally catches up with the lovely kitchen finish and the carpeting I will be back! Thank you!
