Claire Mills Osteopathy

Claire is lovely and very approachable and helpful. She is also extreamly knowledagble and talks you through everything. On first meeting Claire we spoke about why I was attending. I had been having lower back pain since giving birth. I said i was on medication for migraines. She said she may be able to do something that may help with migraines. She did the treatment, my back and head have been so much better. I didn't get a headache this time round when I usually do. 100% reccomend and I will definatly be back.

Claire did some work on my 5 week old baby with suspected silent reflux. He cried 24/7 and the medication the GP gave us did nothing. We had three sessions with Claire, and my son is like a different child! Not only did Claire work her magic on him, but she was professional, reassuring and friendly throughout. I cannot thank Claire enough for what she has done for my son (and the rest of the family who no longer have ringing in their ears from the constant screaming!) I will be recommending Claire to anyone wholl listen!

Claire was recommended to me after I was diagnosed with herniated discs and numbness to my leg. Her treatment plan was highly effective with an immediate improvement to the numbness and significant improvement to my back. She has a wonderful mix of professionalism and genuine compassion for her clients along with an honest assessment of the presenting condition. She is a fantastic osteopath and I cant recommend her highly enough.
