Wonderfully peaceful location; parking available; very clean; traditionally styled comfort; very good breakfast options. The hosts are warm and welcoming and seemed willing to go "the extra mile" to ensure each guest's visit is memorable with a personalised touch. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be looking for an opportunity to visit again for a longer stay. Really atmospheric and relaxing. No hesitation in recommending a stay here.

We stayed for just one night a few days ago whilst visiting family. Bridget was unable to be there, but Jim looked after us so well. The house is beautiful and the room was lovely with a commanding view over their extensive garden. Breakfast was a delight and Jim's hospitality second to none. We really hope we will be able to revisit and for longer next time. Thank you to our hosts for accommodating us, even when they had other significant demands on their time.
