        I am writing on behalf of my husband John, to say a huge thank you to Mr Paul Gibb for the excellent care and his skill for a total new knee. The whole experience from start to finish was impeccable, ending in a near invisible operation scar & a very comfortable pain-free joint. What a very clever surgeon for being there for folk in trouble with walking in pain. Thank you also to the nursing staff who were also so gentle and kind.

        Had first consultation today with mr Mark Pickford, really professional, thoughtful and experienced.. received solid information regarding the condition I presented with ..! Lovely caring surgeon .. would like to also say a huge thank you to all at the Horder Centre for your care and compassion .. Best regards

        Very posh place, nicest clinic I've ever been to. Appointment to see specialist was 17.55, waited about 45 minutes, but treatment was good and efficient, x-rays done there and then, were the last ones to go at about 19.15.. Impressed they work so late.

        Rang enquiring about a job they had advertised but just left me on the line then got cut off very unprofessional if thats how they act ringing up about a job imagine actually working for them no thanks
