        My wife and I attended the minor injuries unit because she had been bitten and the infection had spread to her wrist and arm. She was in a lot of pain and discomfort we waited 2 1/2 hours to be seen and a number of people who came in to discuss X ray results were seen first. When we were finally seen the infection had spread up her arm and we were told after a 5 minute consultation that she needed to urgently to go to A and E, as she needed intravenous antibiotics. Really very poor care and no sense of prioritising cases. I would avoid using this facility if you can.

        Visited today after being rear ended and the lady who saw me was helpful, so friendly. A 5 star service. Crowborough is very lucky to have this service.
