I sadly had to find an undertaker recently. Paul Bysouth and Son Funeral Directors in Crowborough were excellent, I would highly recommend them. They were kind, caring and where there to answer questions and help when it was needed . I had no idea how to organise a funeral .Martin is very knowledgeable and helped me make the right choices. On the day of the funeral James and the team were quietly and calmly there for us . Everything was done to a high standard. A very professional company.

At a very difficult time for me and my family I found Paul Bysouth funeral directors helpful and kind. Sasha was our arranger and I cannot say enough about her, nothing was too much for her. Paul Bysouth came highly recommended from one of my best friends and they did not disappoint.

I was in the unfortunate position of requiring the services of a funeral director. Paul Bysouth were excellent from beginning to end of the whole process. Sasha was brilliant, very professional, but also genuinely caring. She was very helpful and her communication was faultless. Even when first meeting under the difficult circumstances, she communicated all the information we needed perfectly so we left without having any details unclear or questions unanswered.
