        great customer service from ian, i was expecting a company where i would be passed from person to person and wait 3 days for help with a problem. not the case here, ian talked me through what i needed to do, saved me a days work atleast. thankyou once again- dave from suffolk. i recommend the one shot remote controller and the v2 controller
