Website makes a big thing of curtain cleaning and free pick up and collection so rang to sort out and told we don't do collections at the moment as we are to busy. Well done for being busy obviously to busy to help new customer! Update No mention of elderly or vulnerable person help when on phone just we don't collect to busy Called Bell Walk Dry Cleaners Uckfield also busy and staff shortage owner coming over to Crowborough to collect, that's customer service

I would advise anyone using this shop to check the prices very carefully and make sure you are not being over-charged. I was charged extra (14 each) for a dinner jacket and two cotton/linen mix suits. I was told this was because they were linen suits, which was not exactly true. In any event, linen suits are no more difficult (and cost no more) to clean than any other suits. Easier if anything. I felt this was a rip off but I had to pay it to get my suits back. I did complain at the time but the man serving was obviously just doing what he was told and there was no point in making a fuss with him. He was just doing his job. He was also obviously very reluctant to give me a bag to carry my suits home in. I am recently arrived in Crowborough from central London where the cost of dry cleaning a suit (of any kind) is about 9 and you are automatically offered a bag to carry it home in. Still looking for a decent honest dry cleaner in Crowborough.
