My parents and I are registered at this surgery. Under very stressful circumstances the reception team and secretaries have always helped as much as they can.The HCAs and Nurses are always kind and caring. Dr Sutton & Dr Ash have been very helpful to me recently and also Dr Betts whom I dont seem to speak to as much anymore but in the past I have . Dr Pace too has been amazing over the years. Dr Groom has been amazing with my parents, very patient and thorough which is what they need !! Please carry on doing what you are doing, we understand you are under a huge amount of pressure and we appreciate everything- I especially have been demanding of you all since I had my children and your help is so appreciated I wish I could do something back ..we are incredibly lucky to have the nhs thank you again Lucy Hollebon & Pat And Mike Hockey

This surgery is fantastic. The Doctors are alway very kind, understanding, helpful and caring, and that goes for the Receptionists too. My Doctor, Dr Pace, is a wonderful Doctor and such a kind, lovely man. Thank you so much for helping me in an emergency Dr Pace..it is greatly appreciated!

Why waiting so long? What service is this if I waited 30 min or longer? Just to see them for 3 min. They do need to employ more professionals to do the service well. They create unnecessary queues. Not recommended.

Dr Pace is incredible, kind and compassionate. Has helped my wife and myself at a very difficult time in our lives. The telephone staff have also been incredible.
