Admittedly, I had a phobia towards dentists due to previous experience, but desperately wanted to sort my smile, teeth and general health. I'm just starting my Invisalign treatment at Gentle Dental, and the team have been absolutely fantastic. My initial consultation with Shiv was straightforward to book, very welcoming, and insightful in regards to options and treatment available. I had no pressure put on me in regards to my decision, which was appreciated. Shreyas is absolutely fantastic, super calming and very thorough; I certainly feel in safe hands and happy with my decision. I'm kept in the loop with the full process (even by WhatsApp if need be!). The ladies on reception certainly put you at ease too, and go above and beyond to help. Fear of the dentists? Sorted. Thanks Gentle Dental team, I'm looking forward to the rest of the journey. Highly recommend!

Nice welcoming practice with very friendly staff. What a refreshing change, and worth the drive from Heathfield. I needed a filling, root canal treatment and a Crown, all carried out painlessly and efficiently by Charlotte. My wife has also just joined and needed a new Crown, also very happy with the pain free treatment. Dental treatment certainly isn't cheap, but you really do get what you pay for at Gentle Dental Crowborough.
