Friendly, helpful and honest. Ordered some timber and sand, turned up on time. Had to go back to order some little pieces and kindly gave me some bags of ballast that were only slightly split free of charge. Would recommend over any other local merchants. They are honest about pricing and will always try to match if they can.

I ordered from this company a soft building sand. I call them after 10 days for an update, they told me in 2 days will arrive but no one showed up. They answer to the phone only in the morning, and all the time same procedures, took my details "we will call you back", of course no one call me. In the end, after 3 weeks of waiting, put my work in standby and waste my time, I requested an refund. I don't know how do they have such a good review, as my experience with them it was awful. I hope this, it will never happen with anyone.

Everyone I've spoken to throughout the ordering process at Bricklayers Mate has been so friendly and helpful. Oliver truly went over and above to deliver, quickly and with no fuss. Can't recommend these guys more!
