Zero customer service, Placed an order and it shown dispatched using Royal Mail tracked, Item did not arrive so I sent email, no response to the email, 2 days later I phoned and was told Royal Mail has it wait 15 days, I waited 16 days and still no items tracking still showing it has not tried to deliver yet so I call them again, the guy on the phone was very abrupt telling me I have to speak to Royal Mail, I explained my local depot told me if they had it there it would of been delivered which I knew, and that the merchant who sent it would need to contact them. He just did not want to listen, all he would say is we have sent it and will not refund. They may be OK if things go right but BEWARE if your parcel does not arrive you are left out of pocket unless you take it up with paypal. The After service from this outfit is rubbish and after service counts. Response to there Reply: They have not sent me an email regarding this, the only email I had was on Feb 06 in reply to my email asking about my item. " Your order is on its way to you and is currently with royal mail. Hopefully it will arrive today. The tracking is below but as the value is low it will only update when they deliver." As you can see they also send lower grade shipping but do not reduce shipping cost. How strange that an Order placed on the 30.01.2023 and now I post a review they say they have sent a replacement out, well I have not had an email or a replacement, no notification of them sending a parcel no tracking supplied. The best part about it DO I NEED THE ITEMS NOW ? No I do not I purchased them from a company called Contact left, they were brilliant and there toggles a ITW. So keep your replacement cadet direct. No thanks do not want any further dealing with you.

Having made a purchase, I waited to receive an acknowledgement from Cadet Direct, but never received one. It would have have been reassuring to have been sent my order number. This is the second time I have ordered goods from Cadet Direct. I never received anything from them the first time. UPDATED :- Technical issues resulted in never receiving any emails. This has now partially been resolved. The actual items were received from Cadet Direct promptly. Shame I am still having issues with their emails.

Fake chinese products, Having purchased what I believed to be MTP military grade they were not, when taken to an official supplier for inspection. All items over priced.
