LV fuels were the total opposite. I called and left a voicemail which was returned the same day. I spoke to them some days later and was advised they would deliver the same day (for a fractionally higher cost than if I'd waited weeks for somebody else).
The chap on the phone was extremely professional, and the young chap who drove the van was first rate.
10/10 and I will use these for as long as I use heating fuel now.
