        Very professional initially on the phone, however this was followed up by the technician calling to ask for cash as the card machine had "just" gone down. Then he calls again to ask us to get the customer to pay! So obviously the card machine is ok for a customer likely to be stranded anywhere in the UK to use. Just not for us. The man does his job with relative efficiency and removes the contaminated fuel. Well done lad. The service continued to decline when he asked me for some fuel contrary to the website. We shall not use these again.
