We were very happy with the complete service we received. We telephoned the office and spoke to a very friendly and polite lady. An appointment was made with Nick who came round and explained the products and answered all our questions. He arranged for Alan the Surveyor who came, measured up and explained the next steps. On the morning of installation the team arrived on time. Barry and Anthony sheeted out everywhere they were working and also cleaned up every evening before they left. They were very friendly, professional and meticulous in their work. The installation was completed within the time frame stated. We would have no hesitation in recommending Aspen Home Improvements. Absolutely 1st class service The Aspen Team replaced our upstairs windows & roof line. The installation team were extremely professional and we could not fault them in any way.
