Poor customer service deserves 0 stars , had huge gas leak was told told by Cadent to get the council out asap to find the cause and repair, was told to call back the following morning just be fobbed off and told to call back Tuesday as it was the Easter weekend as no one was available to come out the man on the phone was patronising and rude and me and the kids have been left with no heating and hot water until Tuesday when hopefully someone will be sent out to fix this issue.

Had a scheduled appointment today for a general handyman to come out apparently. On the portal it said scheduled for today and waited in all day but no one turned up! Portal now says incomplete or words to that affect. No phone call or email/message to say there is a problem so a complete waisted day!

Being here enst you don't even deserve Alf a star your an absolute joke after hour on hold and get to number one for you to hang up really this is 3rd time for repairs I'm waiting on that's 3 days where you havent contacted or done and when I've called not on record even though you have booked it I'm sure toddlers would be able to do this job better than you all But moment you want something done and we don't respond you then send a letter threatening funny that maybe if have the people took you small claims court you might pull a finger out

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. I have had problems in my rental property for over 3 years now and I have to email constantly to get anyone out to look at the job, only for them to delegate it to another person who then doesn't show up and you are then left to repeat the same process. When calling customer service to sort the issue your either get disconnected or put back through to the main menu to repeat the process again, or to be told the job is raised for another date
