The guys at Plan It have managed 2 different planning applications for me so far, both successful, despite involving a listed building and all the difficulties involved in that. Very good value, and excellent service from start to finish

Absolutely pleased with Frazer, Lloyd and the rest of the team at PlanIt, drawings were done really quickly and efficiently for the whole of my project and their recommendation for Harlow Building Ltd has certainly been most welcome (even after comparing to other builders, they were the best quote and most friendly and even came up with some great ideas for the layout inside which I didnt think of), the first part of my project (Dorma loft conversion) is flying up and I could not be happier with its progress, cant wait until we are ready for the rest of the project (rear extension) to start

We have recently used Plan It to advise us on a new kitchen and remodelling project and to supply structural drawings.
