I have recently been shown around a couple of properties listed with Maria B Evans Estate Agents and on both occasions, found the agents to be extremely professional, personable and knowledgeable. Both Davina and Tom knew the area well, knew the properties well and were also able to provide a lot of extra detail that was extremely helpful.

We have found our experience with all the staff at Maria B Evans fantastic. Davina, Sally and Tom have all been so knowledgable, professional, friendly, approachable and warm. They knew the local area so well, we had no concerns at all with their ability to conduct the house viewings. Thought real estate was an American term!!!!!! Parasites. Yea bet the charities and local business are eternally grateful lol. I don't suppose you make any money yourselves though do you guess you do it out of the goodness of your hearts don't make me laugh.

Excellent service! We recently bought a house through Maria B Evans and the process was at times difficult and drawn out. The team, in particular Davina, were very proactive in keeping us in the loop through the whole process and were fundamental in pushing the sale through!
