        Chris came out to help us at the drop of a hat as we had been without hot water over Christmas. He even rearranged his personal life to do so. Embarrasingly, the issue was just that a switch had been turned off in the kitchen by accident which Chris discovered in his investigation. He was very patient and explained a few things to me which I hadn't previoulsy realised. He only charged his basic call out fee, which was was generous given how quickly and professionally he had responded to us. I will definitely be recommending Chris to friends and family. Thank you.
