Sutton Hall & Lodge Care Home

The attention to care is absolutely the lowest I have ever seen in a care home, this place needs shutting down. Food is always cold. Staff are rude, the only good thing about the place is heather the cleaner, she is absolutely amazing a lovely women with a heart of gold. Manager is rude to her staff, this place is turning more into a family run home. Would not recommend to anyone!!

Not enough staff to care for the residents. Mostly agency staff with no continuity. Definitely would not recommend.

I have recently returned to work at Sutton Hall and Lodge. It is a lovely home in a lovely area. The care we give to the residents is person centred and of a high quality.

The care and attention they are giving my dad who has Alzheimer's. He has been through some difficult times and each time they manage to help him find his confidence again. They also help with the family support, my mother is suffering from dementia yet still at her own home. Sutton have been really supportive during times when she struggles to cope with a sick husband
