        I have used Pipedreams for several years now, 2 recent chargeable repairs were dealt with promptly and efficiently by Rick and his team who are well trained and very competent. I was kept updated when parts were ordered and fitted. I have now taken out a service contract directly with Pipedreams as I have full confidence in the service they provide.         Really professional to deal with. Pipe Dreams were recommended to us by a friend as our 15 year old boiler was not generating hot water. In the end we opted to have a new boiler installed which they managed to do 3 days later and all done within one day. Jack who installed the boiler was excellent. Very efficient service, highly recommended! Service: Heating system installation
