First Dr doesn't make contact re raised cpr levels, 2nd Dr sends me away with lanzoprazole for excruciating back pain 3rd Dr rings at 7pm tells me I am ill and need to be seen face to face to be referred to the appropriate team at airedale 4th Dr doesn't even.take.her coat off for the examination and sends me you airedale for a 9 hour wait that the 3rd Dr says I am not well enough to do.then rings me on a Skipton number while I am in.a and e to say she'd followed the pathway and I I would be sent for a scan.I have spent the last 3 weeks on a ward iv antibiotics 6 times a day plus oral antibiotics .my first contact with crosshills surgery was in February. I am disappointed and disgusted

Awful reply time had me waiting an hour for a 2 minute call while I was 2nd in queue. And rude over the phone

Can anyone tell my why you can visit the surgery in crossbills and the waiting room is completely empty at 11am in the morning and if you ask to see a doctor, you are told it will be 4 week's? No wonder A&E is spilling OVER

Can we get Ofsted in and rate this place, if this surgery was a school it would be shut down, i rate it "Absolutely Shocking". No one wants to talk to you, held in a phone que for 2hrs only to be kicked out twice. Modality are only interested in knowing u have access to the internet, so u can be railroaded off to the online service that no-one replies to. The "New Patient Access System" was probably designed when they were out on the lash, doesn't cover anything i wanted, if you have an ongoing issue, are 5 years old, have a back problem , they pretty much have that covered. If i had a choice to go elsewhere i would, it appears Modality has got its claws into all the local surgeries. To be brutally honest, this is the worst surgery i've ever known, i understand now why A+E is overwhelmed, this place is clearly not pulling its weight. Stay clear, you've been warned.
