When they get your money nothing else matter. Ask how I should be sure house will be in good condition? I was promised by them will be I make sure of it. turn out holes in walls and stained carpet 1key for front door with 2 locks on and forget about key for back door.
SUPPOSED TO PROVIDE KEYS BUT DIDN'T LIES ON SALE PROPERTY STILL HAVE NO KEYS AND ALL THEY CAN DO LIE AGAIN THEN PUT PHONE DOWN WHEN YOU TELL THEM ITS THEY RESPONSIBILITY TO SORT THAT OUT. Total disappointment.

Neighbours created a huge scene all because this company couldn't just say there was no parking.
Agent then hid in the house and the company washed their hands of it all, leaving us to deal with the situation.
