        Me and my partner arrived to find this place shut when it was meant to be open. We came to buy quite a lot stuff for our camper. A wasted afternoon and a loss of business to you. They never replied to my messages either.

        Bought a window stay for motorhome. Arrived promptly, unfortunately they had not listed the item correctly and did not differentiate between clip on and screw on. When I called to get it swapped they declined to swap and decided for their own convenience to offer refund, then I would need to reorder and pay postage again. In my view it was their mistake not to identify the type of stay either in photos or description so the customer who might not know there are two types can check against their existing one that is to be replaced. Bad customer service in my view. When I said that it wasn't how I would a thought a reputable company, where unsuitable item has been despatched due to unclear description, should operate they did not offer any other solution. I probably won't order from them again.
