Christmas competition on Instagram a farce! Took an age to give out results. Eventually, did it over 3 days! Tried to log into site to find I was locked out!? They weren't very clear on rules of competition. I.e. They say you can apply as often as you like was a lie. When the competition ended wasn't mentioned either. Asked them 1st time when it finished, then when the date came, they said it would be another week & even then, it was very late at night? Won't be going there again, for anything!

Excellent service from the initial visit to measure, our visit to the store to choose flooring to the 2 fitters who laid yhe floors....couldn't fault them and would recommend them

Fitter has just been to put down my new stair and landing carpet. Old house so no two stairs the same. This is second time I have used Halls, not sure what I needed on both occasions but based on their recommendations very happy with choices. Good value and prompt service, and the fitter did an excellent job. Local company and highly recommended Thankyou
