Couldn't recommend enough! Unbelievable communication throughout the process, fair but firm approach when it came to chasing and managing relationships across all parties. The knowledge and passion of the local area and surroundings really shone through and I truly believe this helped massively towards my sale. If I ever look to move or sell again in the area I will be coming straight to Wilman & Wilman and until then I'll be recommending to all friends and family. 5 star service.

We used Wilman and Wilman to sell our property and from the first meeting with Alex we were very impressed by the professional manner in which the whole team dealt with the sale ,which was not the most straight for them to deal with. However they completed the sale when we had nearly given up hope We would not hesitate to recommend them, and would use them again in the future

After recently selling our house I would highly recommend Wilman & Wilman to anybody looking to buy or sell a property. They were fantastic from start to finish and made the whole process run smoothly. Tom was very conscientious, friendly and helpful during the valuation visit. His enthusiasm and honesty filled us full of confidence and trust. The whole team were polite and communicative keeping us up to date in every step of the process.
