        Contacted them for a quote to change our existing stove and fireplace. They explained they were very busy and couldn't get to us until early December. That was fine . Gentleman turned up on the day and said a quote would be sent in next couple of days. It is nearly a month later and still no quote. I have gone elsewhere.

        Love our new stove. Eastburn Fireplaces were great. Really efficient and it took half the time we were expecting considering we didnt have a chimney and they had to fit it. Highly recommended.
