It is a great place to shop open 24 hours & the staff always make you welcome because they are motivated by the business owner Sammi who's hands on approach to business is an inspiration to all his employees

I can only assume we are talking about different Operators or a different store as our "experience" of the staff here this morning means we are never going back again. The store is great with a super range of goods and products well laid out and attractive. The 'welcome' and service stinks. We called today to purchase some bread, currant tea cakes and our usual newspaper, the I. We have purchased subscription to this paper and have been provided with pre-paid vouchers which we exchange for the paper. We have never had a problem with using these for our purchase in many stores, including Morrisons. Our attempts to buy our paper with a voucher here was very rudely dismissed by the 'Manager"(?) however, and viewed with bemusement by the cashier. We decided not to purchase the paper in that case. We pointed out that we were surprised and disappointed at the attitude of the store which was responded to by an angry rude and aggressive retort. As we commented, we will never go there again, and Morrisons should note, this image reflects very badly on them as a company, and Publishers of the Independent, and the I newspaper should note how badly this reflects on their subscription customers. Would suggest other alternatives may be more appropriate in this area, and Morrisons, look to your image in this store an operation.
