        Sat here for the 3rd time with the same fault, booked in at 09:30 it's after 12 now and the car still hasn't been looked, my husband is registered disabled and they know how important the car is to us but we are still beening messed about, the story much longer with many more issues, which pretty much start after our first MOT and service, so much for worry free motoring, I will never buy a car,service plan or extended warranty from Bristol Street Motors again Susan Evans

        After sale care is really poor. I had a fined ticket from my previous car that I part exchanged. They never notified the DVLA about the sale sales of my car eventhough the sales person said he will sort it all out. 2 months and I ended up doing it myself as I was still receiving letter regarding road tax. Getting in touch with them you might aswell don't bother. The costumer service will say call back and I never get call back. I emailed and no response.
