Ordered the Preminum kit. Thermal fill was missing, had to leave several voice mails. (Which never got returned) sent numerous emails, to be emailed back by Claire. Claire's emails were short, whith no compassion for her job or customer service, and clearly couldn't care less. After nearly a week of waiting I was told the vehicle bringing the thermal fill had broken down! (Yes, that old chestnut!) Eventually had enough of wasting my time with this company and sourced Thermal fill else where. Next, NOT ENOUGH INSULATION ROLL!!! Yes, as other reviews state there isn't enough supplied. However, as you will read, Kiravan, really couldn't care. They say, they have been converting vans for years and 10 meters is plenty. Well, it clearly isn't! Us members of the public are not seasoned professionals! So, if your going to sell a "kit" make sure there is plenty so the armature can finish a project! Listen to your customers! Would I use or recommend this company again? Absolutely not! Invest your time and money else where!

Great place, prompt delivery, very comprehensive range of stock, they were kind enough to put me in touch with their stretch carpet supplier when I needed a small off cut to finish a project. Can also highly recommend their own branded products
