We contacted AV for a large, double story extension to our house and initially had no idea what to expect or how to progress. We outlined our basic requirements and Mark then provided a number of options and talked us through the entire process. He lodged the planning application on our behalf and it was approved exactly as he had anticipated. We then contacted several builders, all of whom commented on the accuracy and detail of architectural drawings. They were also substantially cheaper than the other quote we received! Highly recommended.

Really good experience working with Marc Taylor at AV Architects. Marc clearly outlined the costs and the process at our initial meeting and explained the service offered thoroughly. He kept us informed of progress and gave us confidence throughout the process. The drawings were clear and prepared quickly and Marc helped with the appointment of our contractor and when the odd the thing cropped up during the building work. The design works great, and we now have a lovely large kitchen - dining space with fantastic light. Thank for your help and happy to recommend.

Marc from AV architects did a great job designing our extension. We love the high vaulted ceiling in the new kitchen diner. The extra bedroom and en-suite also makes the most of the land we had available. Thanks very much!! He also sorted the structural engineer too
