Before ordering the pool heater I eventually ordered I thought I'd email in as was bit shocked with price they were offering the item it was almost 500 less then anywhere else. So I thought I'd make contact to see if they replied ect then got on phone and I must say they are very helpful and got everything I needed. Even sent me adaptors so I could use my existing hoses to connect to the heater. Must say thank you to Tim he helped me from start to finish.
