I was referred for an emergency appointment by my doctor. After trying a couple of local opticians who couldnt help I contacted Jenny at Netherton. She volunteered to contact other opticians for me and as a result I was seen quickly and had some grass removed from my eye. An excellent service!

Visited the Netherton site with my three kids and myself. Staff were super helpful and understanding that having 3 young children in tow was so refreshing. They had a little robot hunt to do and got a biscuit after which just sweetened the deal. Amazing service and lovely to be able to come locally. Thank you!

I called without an appointment today with some questions about my lenses and although Nadia was managing the reception area on her own, she was professional and unhurried. Her manner was exceptional in answering all of my queries in spite of the phone ringing and an obvious pile of paperwork she was working her way through when I arrived. Thank you Nadia!

Visited Irfan recently to have a check up; great experience with excellent care and explanation throughout the whole consultation. Irfan also treats my 82 year old mother; his manner is professional, caring and quite simply the best ever. Well done & thank you!!
