        We have been a BOGE user for over 10 years with 5 compressors currently running on different sites in the UK. After recent experiences involving a warranty issue being delayed for weeks followed by a questionable and unnecessarily personal response from BOGE UK after seeking advice about using an alternative lubricant oil, we will be making a determined effort to look at other manufacturers going forward.

        While Boge compressors generally perform well, the level of support and assistance when problems occur from these guys is zub-zero. The reason to buy a premium brand compressor, over a cheaper model, is to get excellent support and service and sadly this is sorely lacking in this instance. I have certainly bought compressors that don't perform quite as well as I felt this one did, but in all other cases the support offered was excellent when issues occurred. Avoid.
