        It's a nice place very very peaceful, pitch black outside at night and silent. No local shops. Spindlewoods lodges are very relaxing not too good a place for kids. Our only negative from our stay was a man called Tony who unlocked our cabin and stuck his uninvited head into our privacy. Our child was so scared after this we felt we had to go home a day early. He said he had a duty of care and was allowed to come in the cabin to check we were OK. I call BS on this,we paid for our privacy and that was destroyed with no apology just a excuse. if i was a single female i would have concerns.Other than that Spindlewood lodges is a lovely place and a short drive from Glastonbury wich is a great place to visit. I would recommend Spindlewood lodges dedpite the intrusion.
