Like Katie we had a booking last year 1st -3rd May 2020 we were gathering as a family to bless our sons wedding with close family. Sadly the coronavirus pandemic first lockdown stopped us visiting YewTree Farm. Like you we have received no communication over the past year. We have recently sent a recorded letter to their office in Shap requesting a repsonce but the letter was unable to be delivered, consequently we are very worried as we have paid over 2000 for the weekend. Any ideas what we do next?

Very very disappointing. No communication from this business since March. We had made (and paid in full) for a booking to stay at end of May, which in light of COVID-19, we can't use. Have called every day and it rings out. Emails are being ignored. This isn't a business with an active communication channel, so be wary before booking! We have asked to move the date. And no communication has been received back. With less than 2 weeks before the weekend, we have resorted to leaving a review on here, to see if this is a way that the owner will respond?
