Cropredy Surgery

I do not usually write reviews but I must make exception here as it could safe someone's life! I wish there is option to give minus stars but I must give at least one to have this review posted. I'm University educated, professional and single mother of 2 disabled small children. Few weeks ago I went to this surgery for urgent help feeling extremely poorly, being in a lot of pain due to the negligence of that surgery in first place. I was met with brutal disrespect to my privacy already at the reception desk! While I was literally begging for seeing a doctor, the doctor on duty that day was standing in the next room laughing with the staff there the whole time. I could have seen and heard them from where I was standing! However I was repeatedly told he doesn't have even 2 minutes of his time to see me and I can make an appointment for different day. I was at the verge of physical collapse and I needed immediate help and I felt truly desperate seeing that nobody was interested to help me. Not only I have been brutally refused help, BUT nobody there even asked me how am I feeling if I need glass of water or sit down! AND then the doctor himself together with a nurse and the receptionist came to THROW ME OUT OF THE SURGERY! I lived and worked in several countries but I never ever experienced such behavior from medical staff ever anywhere! I was shocked and scared to my bons experiencing what I was experiencing there that day! After very difficult drive home I arrived and collapsed. I have witness (not family member) who can prove how poorly I was that day and seeing me going to ask for help from the surgery. I have witneness seeing me collapse when I arrived from there after help has been refused to me and I was thrown out of that surgery! I have been ill for two weeks afterwards and during this time, without ZERO interest from the surgery about my well-being, the surgery sent me letter telling me that next time if I come to the surgery and demand help and rais my voice again they will call police on me! I was shocked to read that and so was my whole family and everyone who knew how very poorly I was that day. Me, the person who is always so strong and can handle a lot of pain. I needed real medical help that day because it was pain I couldn't handle any longer and this is what I got from Cropredy Surgery! I do NOT recommend that surgery to anyone!!!! That surgery employs medical staff who have ZERO RESPECT TO Hippocratic Oath! They do not care at all about you, do not risk your life or the lives of your family to go there when you need true help! ------- To the surgery reply. I consulted the whole situation with lawyers I can assure you that if you ever treat anyone the same way you did treat me you will have a lot to explain and prove in the court after my witnesses will prove my condition that day. Nobody in that physical suffering stage, you put him in by your arrogant negligence by the way, could scared or even behave the way you described! And medical staff - totally disrespect patien's privacy and right for medical care => kicking suffering person out of surgery refusing help?!?! You better think twice before you say anything next because you put my life in serious danger and I would be the one calling police next time. Your arogance is unbelievable. The only luck you have is that I survived and other true professional people actually did help me! You can offer me apology but if you continue these lies about me I will take you to the court immediately and we shall see how will you explain your behavior in the light of the law with all the available evidence! Thank you!

I have been with this lovley practice for over 10 years now. I can honestly say that in all that time I have had no issues whatsoever with getting an appointment or my prescriptions being ready. All the staff are always very friendly, caring and very knowledgeable in all areas, especially during these difficult times. Big thank you to you all.
