        1 star for the 1 pleasant member of staff. Unfortunately, there is also an exceedingly rude clerk too & she is simply NASTY. I cannot understand how she has not been sacked as she is notorious in Crook. I understand other bad reviews - Her attitude is shocking. Very unprofessional, off-hand & totally disregards customer confidentiality. I left SHAKEN & upset by her rudeness & fear having to go back in in case she is on duty. BTW the shop always smells of rotten food. Dreadful.

        I use this post office all the time and the staff are great. Ive read the reviews and thought, maybe if customers were pleasant to staff it would be different. Staff are good and always give advice I send parcels abroad often and they always tell me the best way.
