We recently bought a property through Venture Properties, Crook branch and they were brilliant throughout the 3 month process. We had virtually zero Communication's with our useless law firm and 99% of our info was with the very Professional Angela Banks who was always at hand to chase everybody up and answer our silly questions. I can honestly say there wasn't a time when Angela didn't return an E-mail or call within the hour. That's incredible 1st class service and we were the buyer's and not the seller. If Only every Estate agent's worked as hard as Angela and her team, they wouldn't have such a bad reputation. Many thanks to Angela and the other ladies in her Branch. John.

I never wanted to sell my dream house. That quintessential English cottage with roses round the door. That was it!! Perfect location in a small and quiet hamlet, far off the beaten track. Having bought it through Venture five years ago, I knew that they really did look after all parties in the transaction. When I had bought it through them I felt as important as their client for whom they were selling. Therefore, when I reluctantly had to sell, it was only Venture I would entrust with the property. Not only was it important to ensure that the property was presented in the most appropriate way and effectively marketed but I knew that I could trust Angela and her team with absolutely everything. I will always miss my place in the country and I will always be grateful to Angela and her team.
