        A fantastic gym with friendly staff. Very community based and well worth supporting. Even has a beginner's cycle group that meets twice a week.

        Nice little sports centre. Could do with lights in the carpark especially when it's raining and you can't see any of the puddles. People who are going to workout rarely wear wellies.
