We Hired Ben Cunliffe and his team, to design our extension. Hed been recommended to us by a friend, for his fabulous work, and wow they were not wrong! From start to finish they did a fantastic job, kept us in the know all the way through, explained all the elements to the job.. I couldnt recommend Ben more.. Bens knowledge of the local area, is outstanding, which is a very reassuring feeling. When changing the outside look of a house. Bens team used every local source he could fathom, as we wanted everything to be as local as possible!

We have appointed BCA for all our home design improvements and advice for many years and would not use anyone else. We have also used them within our business. They have a fantastic eye for detail and have a creative flair which cannot be beaten. We would highly recommend them and offer a service that cannot be beat. We look forward to working with BCA again soon.

We bought a tired 1970s bungalow in a lovely position overlooking the lake, valley and fells.with little idea what to do with it. Ben, Rachel and the team at Ben Cunliffe Architects guided us to make the most of the (difficult!)sloping plot and maximise the potential of the footprint. We now have a lovely, modern home - full of light, beautifully detailed, with a flow ideal for family gatherings. A home that retains its link to its location, even though it has been radically transformed. As important, BCA made the entire process fun, exciting and relatively stress-free. From the initial design and sourcing an excellent and highly skilled building team to managing our (all to frequent) indecision and supervising the build and final fit out, BCA were always on hand to offer constructive help and creative challenge. We are delighted with the finished result; a result that far exceeds our expectations going into the project. Thank you everyone at BCA. We cannot recommend them highly enough Carrie and Keith Brown
