I went to see Richard because I was experiencing pain in the arches of my feet and stiffness in my shoulder and neck, resulting in constant headaches. Richard's manner was friendly and approachable, which put me at ease. He knew exactly what kind of questions to ask me to get to the root of the problem, and he conducted a thorough examination to determine the correct interventions. His natural curiosity and enthusiasm came across, and he answered all the questions I had about the treatment, explaining clearly why he was doing the things he was doing. Following treatment, my neck feels SO relaxed and the arches of my feet feel like new. He gave me some exercises to do to keep these areas moving easily. After a motorcycle accident and knee replacement I was out of alignment and had bad posture. After visiting Richard my posture and alignment is greatly improved and I feel straighter and more comfortable.

I have experienced many osteopaths over the years as I need certain maintenance. On seeing Richard for the first time there were many issues I had that needed attention! He has the rare ability that he can feel where the problems are (many cannot) and now after seeing him twice I am fixed! My lower back was full of pain but the next day all the pain has gone and feel back to normal. Amazing. He is experienced, knowledgeable and full of positive advice. I highly recommend him.
